On 28 February 2019, a kick-off meeting of Technology for Resilience - Belt and Road Initiative Capacity Building Project was successfully held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The officials from National Development and Reform Commission of China, Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), Ministry of Natural Resources, National Disaster Reduction Center of China, Ministry of Emergency Management, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the representatives from Singapore, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Laos and other countries attended. Hi-Target Group attended the meeting as a representative of enterprises and announced to be the main implementation unit of the Joint Research Center for High-Accuracy Location Service Network Project.

INTERGEO, an annual conference and trade fair for geodesy, geoinformation and land-management, was held in Frankfurt from 16-18 October, 2018. It attracted more than 19,000 visitors from over 100 countries to Frankfurt while over 1,400 conference participants and 640 exhibitors from 40 countries took part in it.
